Regional Operations Specialist

As a pivotal member of our operations team, you will play a key role in driving sales and profitability across the Southern Region.
The Role- Maximise sales by working closely with each store and its staff to achieve commercial success.
- Provide mentorship to stores and staff to develop their skills and expertise.
- Develop strategic plans to support marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
- Identify new opportunities to expand our retail footprint.
- Manage regional insurance counts and implement efficient systems.
- Conduct regular review meetings with stores and stakeholders.
- Implement store standards and development initiatives.
- Experience in retail management with multi-store responsibilities.
- Familiarity with franchising and stakeholder requirements.
- Interest in fashion, design, and home furnishings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence, professionalism, and self-motivation.
- Able to travel interstate for business purposes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
