We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Brand Manager to lead our CAT Wholesale team. Reporting to the Divisional CEO of our Distributed Brands, your responsibilities will include delivering Sales of relevant brands to assigned Wholesale Customers / Accounts and overall responsibility to manage the assigned accounts for the wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Objectives

  • To deliver positive outcomes in managing and leading the Wholesale Account Managers.
  • To range and facilitate sell-in of future product ranges for our wholesale CAT customers and retail buying teams, ensuring orders are met with the right timelines.
  • To deliver the brand strategies, product stories, and key commercial objectives for each season to the wholesale customers, account managers, and retail buying teams.
  • To oversee the order book management to wholesale customers and drive the sales of free stock to ensure maximum sales to accounts are achieved.
  • To consistently monitor and report on sell-through of all wholesale accounts.
  • To assist and work with the retail teams, specifically in regard to our buying and trading areas to drive strong commercial outcomes for the brand within the retail business.
  • To ensure a smooth process for sales, finance, marketing, operations, and customer experience is achieved within the wholesale business.
  • To own and support the negotiation, completion, and overall delivery of Accent Trading Terms and the wholesale business's Key Commercial objectives.
  • To order all relevant samples and ensure this is managed within budget.
  • To help manage costs of the Wholesale Business by being diligent and within budget for travel, samples, marketing, entertainment, ensuring profitability for the brand and wholesale business.

Requirements

  • A relevant previous experience in Workwear is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated 5+ years experience in Sales & Brand Management.
  • A University degree in business with a sales focus is preferable.
  • Industry understanding and exposure to sales, retail, footwear, apparel, and account management.
  • Understanding retail, apparel, and footwear product, supported by sufficient business skills.
  • Exceptional relationship management to deliver a positive experience with customers.
  • Ability to meet sales objectives and profit targets.
