About the Position:

We seek a strategic Head of Marketing who can elevate our brand through omnichannel strategies, driving traffic and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives to build brand equity and boost engagement
  • Lead and grow a talented team of marketers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and results-driven performance
  • Balance global consistency with local impact, translating insights into impactful campaigns that resonate
  • Drive performance across all channels – online and offline
  • Owning social, content, influencer, and paid media spaces to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Build relationships with athletes, teams, and communities to elevate performance and lifestyle categories
  • Manage media planning and compelling storytelling through PR, digital, TV, OOH, and more
  • Lead reporting, budget management, and ROI analysis – leveraging data for informed decision-making

Your Background:

  • 8+ years in senior marketing roles – brand, retail, digital – with diverse experience
  • Proven success in building omnichannel brands and executing high-impact campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, social & influencer strategies
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and demonstrating tangible ROI
  • Background working with athletes, sports marketing, or performance brands is an asset
