**Job Overview**

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a robust risk management framework for a large program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and establish a comprehensive RAIDD (Risk, Assumption, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) management process within the program.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective implementation of the risk practice.

- Develop relevant templates and documentation, including a risk register and risk/issue classification and escalation matrix.

- Facilitate RAIDD management workshops to enhance stakeholders' understanding and engagement.

- Provide guidance and support to project managers in articulating and managing their RAIDD items.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a risk manager in a similar setting.

- Strong track record of implementing risk practices, including all elements of RAIDD, in large programs.

- Excellent knowledge of PMO processes, standards, and governance.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
