As a seasoned risk professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise risk management framework.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team partners across the organisation to inform strategic decision-making and facilitate rational risk-taking that drives profitable growth. ERM ensures we have the right tools, processes and systems in place to identify, measure and manage our risks.

Key Responsibilities

You will support the Chief Risk Officer with the advancement of AIG's risk, regulatory and governance programs. Manage risk-related projects and change programs, ensuring effective planning, execution and alignment with risk appetite, regulatory requirements and strategic objectives.

Track and report on in-flight risk programs and initiatives for the wider ERM Team, monitoring performance and project health. Support the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer with the ongoing development and implementation of climate-related disclosures across the Pacific.

Prepare committee and governance reporting, regulatory and industry submission material, internal communications, risk-related presentation and training materials. Stay up to date with Australian and New Zealand regulatory changes that impact risk management practices.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed our risk management framework into day-to-day operations. Contribute to a highly engaged, motivated and collaborative working environment.
