About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our cluster of stores, driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Job Description

  • Drive sales growth through effective leadership, coaching, and development of store teams
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first approach, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Mentor and develop store teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership, preferably in a senior store management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and priorities
  • Familiarity with retail systems, including POS, inventory management, and reporting tools

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including performance bonuses, superannuation, and access to professional development opportunities.

Location
