Salary

A generous base salary + super + car + bonus makes up a comprehensive compensation package for this role.

Job Description

This high-profile role contributes significantly to the success and growth of the stores and teams through first-class leadership, support, guidance, and influence. You will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, managing store KPIs, and ensuring merchandising standards are at a superior level within your store initially and then for a cluster of stores.

  • Taking on full end-to-end store accountability
  • Influencing, motivating, and inspiring high-performing teams
  • Leveraging solid retail skills to execute fundamentals, including stock management, cleanliness, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention

You will be expected to communicate effectively and positively with your talented store team to execute change initiatives and implement new ideas. Additionally, you will develop relationships in the local community and build on untapped commercial sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a credible and engaging Senior Store/Regional/Area/Cluster Manager with a large format/big box retail background. Ideal candidates have multisite experience; however, Senior Store Managers ready to step up will also be considered.
