The Role:

This position requires a highly motivated individual who can lead a winning team to consistently deliver exceptional results. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales and KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front, coaching on the run, recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Ensure operational excellence and create a winning culture within your store and the RPG community

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, comprehensively leading a team to succeed
  • Commitment to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
  • CARE for customers, care for your team, and care for the business
  • COACH and inspire teammates to reach their personal best
