Job Overview

The ICT Strategic Director plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping the technology environment of an organization. Reporting directly to the General Manager Operations, this position is responsible for delivering, securing, and performing ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing ICT team and oversee major technology projects.
  • Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of network systems, data management, and software applications.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute ICT strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced ICT professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.
  3. Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex ICT projects from initiation through to completion.
  4. Cybersecurity: Ensure the organization's ICT infrastructure and systems are secure, reliable, and meet relevant industry standards.
  5. Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the ICT team.

We are seeking an experienced ICT leader with a strong track record of managing complex ICT operations and teams. If you have expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project delivery, complemented by strong leadership and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing IT teams, projects, and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as the Essential Eight.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and ICT governance.
