Renewable energy solutions require skilled professionals to manage and maintain operations and maintenance (O&M) projects. At RES, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill multiple roles across various locations in regional Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with clients and stakeholders
  • Supervise and coordinate technician and contractor activities
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health Safety and Environment requirements
  • Prepare reports for clients
  • Manage subcontractors and procurement
  • Operational and Technical Project Management
Job Requirements
  • Site Manager: 2+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of utility-scale solar or renewable projects. Electrical qualification or other technical training is preferred.
  • Electrical Technician: extensive experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation. Valid QLD electrical supervisors or contractor's license is required.
