Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
- Utilize superstar selling skills to contribute to the sales performance of the store
- Build effective customer relationships and establish yourself as the expert to talk to
- Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute to the store's success
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
- Adhere to a safety mindset, striving to provide the safest work environment for yourself and your team members
- Be a passionate customer service expert with previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
- Must hold a valid driver's licence, as driving will be required from time to time
- Be flexible to work across 7 days and be willing to work other days if requested
