Our clinic in Five Dock is currently a** Contact Centre Team Leader**to join the team.**

This role is permanent full time, working Monday - Friday, with eight-hour shifts between **8am-5:30pm**.

Role Overview:
As a **Contact Centre Team Leader**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and provide leadership and support for the team.

Your responsibilities will include
- Leading a team of 10 Contact Centre Agent, with a mix of full time and part time staff.
- Manage training for new team members.
- Provide support as an escalation point for patient queries.
- Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Experience working in Medical reception

Leadership experience is desirable but not essential

Strong organisational abilities

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems
