Contact Centre Director

We are seeking a seasoned contact centre leader to helm our inbound customer service operations in Parramatta. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership, strategic vision and operational expertise.
Main Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of 70-150 staff
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to drive business outcomes
- Oversee information management systems to ensure seamless operations
- Leverage large-scale change initiatives to drive business growth and transformation
- 5-10 years of experience in leading and managing high-performing contact centres
- Proven track record of delivering business results through effective people leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in contact centre operations and large-scale change management
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple levels of the business
