Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Evaluate and validate critical equipment and process changes to maintain optimal production standards.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing management, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze work studies to identify opportunities for improvement and set production performance targets.
