Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operator to work in Sydney. The successful candidate will be part of our permanent night shift team, Monday to Friday, from 9:30pm to 5:30am.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality assurance standards
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in a process technician or machine operation role
  • Strong understanding of basic GMP principles
  • Physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 25kgs
  • Basic literacy, computer, and math skills
  • A history of reliability and teamwork

  • Pass a full medical and drug test
