Quality and Compliance Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in quality management, with experience in leading organisational compliance activities. They will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of quality management practices across programs and services, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational development, implementation, and maintenance of quality and risk management systems to ensure compliance with legal, quality, clinical, and ethical requirements.
  • Support continual improvement in alignment with industry best practices and organisational goals.
  • Directly supervise the Quality & Compliance Officer, guiding their professional development and ensuring the effective operation of quality management practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in quality, auditing, accreditation, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational compliance activities, including service accreditation requirements in ISO, AGPAL, or similar.
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve organisational, team, and individual outcomes.
