Job Opportunity:

Aged Care Quality Lead

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead quality and compliance across aged care and home care services.

We are seeking a qualified professional with experience in quality assurance, aged care standards, and staff development to join our team as an Aged Care Quality Lead.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quality initiatives, supporting accreditation and continuous improvements, and mentoring teams to embed best practice care.

About You:

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or 5+ years of experience in a quality role.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
  • Clinical experience in aged care (RN, EN, or Allied Health).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel across the region.

  • Accreditation & Compliance: Support service re-accreditations and ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.
