Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic leader to inspire our team and drive excellence in Early Years education.

Our centre is dedicated to providing quality child care, interactive learning and memorable experiences for children aged six months to six years. We have strong family-oriented values, an inclusive and empowering culture, and a vibrant, diverse and dynamic team.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing effective strategies, and building strong relationships with parents and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement organisational goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in a relevant childcare course
  • Experience in a management role, preferably in Early Years education
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about Early Years education
