We are seeking an experienced Montessori Guide to lead our program for children aged 18 months to 3 years at a vibrant, community-focused Centre.
- Develop and implement a high-quality educational program aligned with Montessori principles.

- Supervise and support staff and volunteers, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Regularly update parents on their child's development and progress through effective communication.
Key Qualifications:
- A recognized Montessori qualification (0-3 years) is essential.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
- The ability to work legally in Australia is required.
