About the Role

As a Learning Enrichment Teacher, you will join our Distance Education Team and provide support to students with diverse learning needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Individualised Learning Plans: You will work closely with students, parents and external specialists to create tailored educational plans that cater to their unique needs.
  • Conducting Regular Assessments: You will regularly assess student progress to inform instructional strategies and ensure students remain on track to meet their goals.
  • Collaborating with Teachers and Support Staff: You will work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to implement educational strategies that best support student learning.
  • Maintaining Communication: You will maintain regular communication with parents and external specialists to ensure a collaborative approach to student support and wellbeing.
