Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and meet their individual needs and goals.

Successful applicants will possess excellent interpersonal skills, being friendly, compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic. Shifts start from 2 hours, with flexibility for short shifts.

Requirements
  1. Must have experience in Aged care or Disability care, with community care experience highly regarded.
  2. Hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Care, or Individual Support (Australian qualifications only).
  3. Current manual handling certificate (less than 2 years old).
  4. Current police check (within the last 3 months).
  5. A current driver's license and comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle.
  6. A current HLTAID003 First Aid certificate.
  7. Current HLTAID001 CPR certificate.

Bilingual candidates who can speak additional languages such as Italian, Chinese, Greek, German, Russian, Arabic, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, Maltese, Hindi, Tamil, Sinhalese, and Nepali are also encouraged to apply.
