**Care Support Specialist Required**

We are seeking a skilled support specialist to provide care and assistance to a 9-year-old client with autism in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with disabilities, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work active night shifts.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Provide personal care and support to clients with disabilities
- Assist with daily activities, such as grooming and meal preparation
- Engage in activities that promote socialization and independence
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients

**Requirements**

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and confidence
- Valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for transporting clients
- NDIS Worker Screening Approval
- Blue Card
- First Aid Certification
- CPR Certification
- Police Clearance
