**Job Opportunity: Financial Crime Screening and Regulatory Reporting**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Financial Crime Screening and Regulatory Reporting team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in data analytics, detection management, and regulatory reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of customer and payment screening, as well as regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial crime risk management, with expertise in data analysis, trend identification, and business recommendation generation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing screening capabilities and testing system changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Designing and developing detection scenarios to address emerging risks and assess transaction data for accurate regulatory reporting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in data analytics and detection management relevant to Financial Crime (including Sanctions) customer and payments screening, and/or regulatory reporting.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Risk, or Business Analysis.
  • Advanced analytics skills, with strong programming skills (preferably in SAS, SQL, and/or Python).
  • Data manipulation and transformation skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and insights and convert those insights into business recommendations.
  • Prior experience using data change management platforms, such as BitBucket, Git, and/or SourceTree.
