The residence brings an unprecedented level of affordable luxury to Aged Care and is designed to create an inviting, comfortable, calm and peaceful environment for our residents and families to enjoy.We are currently recruiting for Care Service Companions on a part time & casual basis.About The RoleAs a Care Services Companion you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and focus on creating and welcoming, calm atmosphere.
We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.What We Look ForCertificate 3 in Aged Care of equivalent.Full working rights - No student visas6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essential.A good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.A strong passion for quality in aged careExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsHard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty.All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a pre-employment medical.
