What You'll Need:
- A current nursing registration with the relevant board.
- A strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and person-centred practice.
- Confidence using or willingness to learn digital health tools and virtual care platforms.
- A current driver's license and willingness to travel across community settings.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
