Seeking a skilled Bar Support Professional to assist with drink preparation and service, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment and support the bartenders on shift.

Duties Include:

  • Providing assistance to bartenders with drink preparation and service
  • Stocking and restocking the bar area during service
  • Polishing and preparing glassware
  • Collecting and washing barware
  • Garnish and ingredient preparation
  • Delivering drinks to tables when required
  • Maintaining the bar area's cleanliness and organization
  • Assisting with closing and pack-down duties

Requirements:

  • Current RSA certification
  • Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and teamwork focus
