The Opportunity

As the Global Associate Director of FP&A, you'll work closely with business leaders to shape financial strategies.

Your role will involve advising on investments and addressing performance issues to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize financial performance.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of comprehensive experience in FP&A, including significant expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to think strategically with good commercial acumen and judgement.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to go above and beyond the defined scope.
  • Willingness to challenge and ability to support and collaborate with senior business partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Finance/Corporate Finance/Accounting qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA or CIMA).
  • Experience of working in a digital company would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to the online travel/E-commerce industry is a plus.
