Join us at Futuro Early Learning, where we have three beautiful centers in **Gledswood Hills, Bardia, and Austral**. This **full-time** Lead Educator role is based at our **Gledswood Hills center** and is an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion and expertise as an Early Childhood Educator.

- Provide care for around 120 children daily.

**About You**

We are looking for a **full-time** Lead Educator who is:

- **At Least Diploma Qualified** and ready to guide a team of passionate educators.
- Committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring children's safety.
- Experienced in mentoring and supporting educators to achieve their best.
- Passionate about Reggio Emilia-inspired pedagogy.
- Holding a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid, and other relevant certifications.
- Permitted to work in Australia (**sponsorship opportunities available**).

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Collaborate closely with the Educational Leader and Room Leaders.
- Spend time on the floor mentoring and guiding educators to implement high-quality practices.
- Be part of an innovative team committed to building a culture of excellence.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
