Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to drive strategic financial solutions and advice across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background and be able to provide commercially focused financial guidance, collaborating closely with business leaders to deliver forward-looking analysis and commercial insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing trusted financial advice to stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth analytical reviews of project budgets.
  • Supporting financial management for projects within the organization.
  • Preparing and analyzing various monthly management reports.
  • Assessing actual vs budget expense accounts on the Profit and Loss Statement.
  • Tender Reviews on project pricing, evaluating profitability and risk.
  • Facilitating stakeholder inquiries and providing timely support.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role.
  • Ability to operate under ambiguity and develop innovative business solutions.
  • Effective influence, management, and prioritization skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as BST, financial transaction systems, and data analytics tools like Planning Analytics (TM1), PowerBI is highly desirable.
  • High level of competency in MS Office applications.
  • Project environment experience is highly desirable.
