Job Overview

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial performance and commercial growth by delivering accurate financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.

As a key finance contact, you will serve as a subject matter expert for the Assistance business, providing strategic financial consultation to senior leaders to optimize financial outcomes and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reports and financial analysis to stakeholders.
  • Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Assistance business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leaders to inform decision-making and improve financial performance.
  • Maintain oversight of financial ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Coordinated all financial reporting and management accounts in consultation with the Group Finance team.
About You
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions based on data.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of financial and business intelligence systems, with the ability to extract valuable insights from data.
  • Qualified accountant or equivalent membership is preferred.
