Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality and client service-oriented support to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to recruitment queries, using your judgement to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, aligned with best practices.
  • Manage and resolve routine and moderately complex queries, utilising problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct candidate searches on LinkedIn and other platforms for identified roles.
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services, including system enhancements and documenting knowledge.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn new tasks and adapt to change.
  • Experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field.
