About the Role

The Community Impact Project Officer plays a vital role in supporting the implementation of Community Housing Limited's (CHL) Community Impact Strategy. This is a full-time fixed-term position until September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the rollout and initial reporting of the CHL Impact Strategy, focusing on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Standards and measuring social impact.
  • Provide baseline data for ESG Reporting and support the Community Impact team to measure social impact and report social value.
  • Manage systems relating to ESG reporting and social impact, ensuring effective data collection and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, research bodies, and private sector businesses to advance CHL's community impact initiatives.
  • Support effective communication with colleagues across CHL about community impact initiatives and outcomes, promoting a collaborative team culture.
  • Participate in CHL's community impact network, contributing to the development of strategies and initiatives that drive positive social change.
  • Provide additional support to the wider team and organization, as needed.
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration, coordination, and community development.
  • High skill level in administration, coordination, and data management.
  • Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing and a sense of belonging.
  • Current Driver's Licence and satisfactory Police and Working With Children's Checks.
