Insurance Brokerage Compliance Specialist

This is a part-time/fractional role for a Compliance Manager at our Lindfield, NSW location. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing and monitoring compliance policies and procedures, conducting audits, identifying and addressing compliance risks, and staying updated with changes in laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Compliance Auditing. They will also possess knowledge of insurance brokerage industry regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures;
- Conducting audits to identify and address compliance risks;
- Staying updated with changes in laws and regulations;
- Training staff on compliance matters;
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors as necessary;
