**Job Role:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our Reservations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maximising sales on ferry, cruise, and tour packages while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer interactions, engaging positively with customers, and providing accurate product information.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service in all interactions.
  • Providing accurate product information to customers.
  • Confidently up-selling additional products and package upgrades.
  • Demonstrating competent use of internal systems.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all products and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer service experience with proven ability to engage positively with customers.
  • Highly proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Shows initiative and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Well-presented, professional appearance.
  • Previous tourism industry and reservations experience highly regarded.
  • Fluency in a second language highly regarded.

Our business operates 7 days a week, year-round. You must be available to work weekends and Public Holidays, as required.
