Job Title: Electrical Design Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced electrical design specialist to join our team in the design of high voltage substations and reticulation networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing HV substations and HV reticulation networks
  • Planning and conducting engineering works
  • Developing single line diagrams and protection diagrams
  • Creating technical specifications for electrical equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in HV substation and distribution network design
  • Familiarity with Australian and international standards and codes, including IEC 62271 and AS 60076
  • Knowledge of cable sizing software and HV modeling software
