Job Title: Electrical Design Specialist

As an Electrical Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing electrical systems across diverse projects from Healthcare to Data Centres.

  • You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary cohort, from conceptualization to detailed design and construction oversight, ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project designs.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Develop innovative and sustainable electrical solutions for buildings.
    • Evaluate the quality and accuracy of individual work, taking accountability for defined parts of design projects.
    • Represent the team at internal meetings and occasionally organize events or activities.
    • Support accurate reporting through research, data analysis, and fact-checking processes.
    • Collaborate with the team to design electrical systems for buildings and prepare technical drawings and documentation for engineering and construction projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a similar area.
    • Relevant MEP Building Services experience within a consulting business environment.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP design software, and energy modeling tools.
    • Able to uphold high standards in work, reviewing all aspects meticulously for accuracy and completeness.
    • Strategic problem-solving skills with resilience and creativity.
