Job Description:

As a team lead, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting your team members to achieve their goals and develop their skills. You will translate program guidelines into effective service delivery that meets quality and performance targets. Additionally, you will guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mentorship and leadership experience with a strong understanding of employment services and program guidelines
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
