Frasers Property, a leading property developer with operations in 70 cities across 20 countries, is seeking an experienced Group Sustainability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability initiatives and embedding them across the business.

About the Role

We are committed to being a resilient and responsible business, prioritizing sustainability initiatives and innovation in all aspects of what we create. Our goal is to achieve net zero by 2050, 100% green certification for new developments, and 85% green-certified assets by 2030. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and executing key sustainability objectives for the Group. This includes providing sustainability expertise to support our Sustainability Strategy, identifying and assessing ESG risks and opportunities, and developing and implementing an ESG strategy aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sustainability expertise to support the Group's Sustainability Strategy
  • Identify and assess ESG risks and opportunities for the organization
  • Develop and implement an ESG strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with strategy and risk teams to guide investment decisions on ESG impacts and opportunities
  • Develop and review corporate ESG policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Publish ESG reports aligned with international standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD) for the Group and sponsored REITs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant university degree and real estate industry certifications/qualifications in ESG, demonstrated experience in a management role within ESG, and knowledge of ESG compliance requirements, standards, and emerging issues in the built environment. You will also have strong industry networks with key stakeholders, in-depth understanding and experience in delivering ESG initiatives, and ESG report writing and publication aligning to international standards and frameworks.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible work policy, hybrid work model, discounts at Frasers, multiple health & wellbeing benefits, dedicated learning & development programs, and generous parental leave policy. The opportunity to choose your preferred location, so can be based from either NSW, VIC or QLD or also from our offices in Singapore.
