We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our dynamic kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our food service operations.

You will work closely with our existing team of chefs and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the culinary team to achieve exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
  • Developing and implementing menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies from approved suppliers
  • Coordinating meal services, including planning and executing events and functions

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A trade qualification as a chef, preferably with experience in a senior leadership position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team
  • A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and management practices
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
