Job Title: Key Account Liaison

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our key accounts, providing proactive and transparent communication at all times.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations across various channels.
  • Tracking campaign performance and compiling comprehensive reports to reinforce value and drive renewal opportunities.
  • Identifying new creative opportunities or add-ons based on partner goals and engagement.
