As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of our Youth Services, ensuring that our programs are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery and evaluation of our Youth Services programs
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met through quality management, reporting, data collection, and measuring deliverables
  • Travel to all sites to support the delivery and evaluation of our programs
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team to achieve collective goals, program, and client outcomes
  • Foster a collaborative outcome-driven culture, implementing strategies to enhance team performance, and model effective communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Demonstrated experience in working with youth at risk of becoming or who are currently involved with the Youth Justice system, families requiring support to meet the needs of their young people, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities
  • Relevant degree in a human services field and/or significant equivalent experience
  • Experience in rural community work
