Hoisting and Shaft Assets Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the maintenance of our Hoisting and Shaft Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team of fitters, electricians, and boilermakers to ensure optimal performance and safety of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to achieve established KPIs and compliance with forecast costs.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to mitigate risks associated with hoisting and shaft operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective maintenance of our assets.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in electrical, fitting, or boilermaking, or engineering qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading people and managing maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, safety systems, and legislative requirements for underground mining.
