Job Title: Senior Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and allocating support services to individuals within their homes and community.

About the Role:

The Senior Support Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with participants and support staff to ensure the smooth running of support services;
  • Covering various administrative tasks, including rostering and onboarding/offboarding of staff and participants;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders;
  • Supporting the Client Liaison Manager in addressing customer feedback and complaints;
  • Promoting a safe work environment in accordance with Work Health & Safety policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience in coordinating and allocating support services;
  • Exceptional customer service skills and patience;
  • The ability to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders;
  • High computer literacy with experience using information management systems.
Desirable Qualifications:

A tertiary qualification in human services, social science or similar would be advantageous.
