Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee a portfolio of construction projects in Perth.

The Role
  • Manage all site activities from groundworks to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on-site, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project programs, utilizing technical knowledge of construction methods, codes, and compliance.
  • Evaluate and implement safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects stay on track, meeting client expectations.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager (residential, multi-residential, or mixed-use projects preferred).
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of construction methods, codes, and compliance.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders, promoting open dialogue and transparency.
