About the Role

The On-site Support Specialist will be the main point of contact for operations at Qantas' office. In this role, you'll process reservations and cancellations, maintain relationships with airline partners and suppliers, and provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client requests received from the airline through our Operations system, assessing all customer needs, and responding promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on all client requests and transactions, ensuring tasks are fully executed and client satisfaction is critical.
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best outcome for the client and us.
  • Resolve client disagreements calmly and professionally, researching and presenting solutions to satisfy client needs based on facts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and call centre work methodologies.
