Job Description

The role of a Group Manager, Support Services Management is to oversee teams of Support Service Managers across key markets in APAC.

As the Group Manager, you will be responsible for providing transparency through personalized updates during critical outages and regular trend analysis to enhance customer experiences.

Additionally, you will motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, set quarterly individual goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, and formal performance appraisals.

Key responsibilities include direct management responsibilities, attracting top talent, evaluating trends in team performance, and advocating for the team to drive global visibility.

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of people management experience in a fast-paced, enterprise level, critical software support environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of professional staff.
  • Able to explain complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
