About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Smiggle Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing global marketing campaigns, including license and charity partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Global Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans for new product collections, licenses, and charity campaigns.
- Lead a team of marketers to implement marketing plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative brand experiences through stores, retail, and licensing partnerships.
- Project manage licensing collaborations, ensuring seamless communication with licensors and approval of marketing plans and assets.
- Manage PR agency and influencer relationships, providing campaign briefs to increase brand coverage and reach.
- Develop strong partnerships with charity partners, creating and implementing annual marketing plans to increase fundraising results and awareness.
- Lead internal brainstorms and ideation for marketing campaigns, project managing the rollout across digital and retail channels.
- Create and maintain marketing reports, sharing results and making recommendations for future campaigns.
- Marketing or Communications university qualification.
- 2-3 years experience in managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in retail or children's brand environments is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
