About the Position:

The position of Community Operations Manager involves leading day-to-day operations of community services in a remote location. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure, recreational facilities, childcare services, and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct employees to deliver high-quality community services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
