About the Role
At Perth Radiological Clinic, we are committed to enhancing our service quality through a dedicated focus on patient relations. We are seeking a Patient Liaison Manager to facilitate effective communication between our patients, referrers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring expectations are met and tailored responses are provided to resolve incidents.
- Communicate findings to the relevant management levels to effectively identify and mitigate risks.
- Engage actively with patients and stakeholders to thoroughly investigate complaints and queries, identifying concerns and proposing viable solutions.
- Analyze clinical documentation and other evidence to assess the quality of patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to address complaints and incidents in alignment with our commitment to high-quality care.
- Prioritize and escalate complex queries and complaints to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in complaint resolution within the last few years, demonstrating resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations.
- Strong customer service orientation, showcasing empathy and patience.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the capability to craft written responses tailored to various audiences.
- Ability to investigate issues, draw logical conclusions, and present findings in accordance with organizational policies.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn new software for data analysis and trend tracking.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Prior experience in mentoring or managing team members is preferred.
- Must possess full working rights.
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check within six months.
