Key Account Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments from customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control, and cash applications;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and account balances;
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or discrepancies;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce bad debt;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of finance software and systems;
